"I realize Sunday at 9:30 in the morning is an interesting time to hit up a vape store, but if your website says you’re open from 9am-10pm every day of the week and it’s 9:30 in the morning and there’s no sign saying you’re closed and the doors are locked and nobody’s inside, how is that a good way to run a business? Like the selection is ok because I’ve been in there once before, but what does that matter if you’re not going to be open when you say you’re open?"

"Drove all the way here just for them to be closed at 3:35pm. The open signs are on everything lit up but the doors are locked. Update: I waited for 30 minutes. There were no signs stating that anyone was on break. I even went next door to ask someone, and they were genuinely confused. If new customers come, like myself, how are they to know? I have patience but you have to look at it from the customers point of view. There was no indication that anyone was on break or even if someone was coming back. I am an otr truck driver from out of town."
