"The early morning shift Hispanic female cashier makes my day every single morning. She is incredible! She makes every single customer so happy & feel loved, that’s a great feeling for just running into a store to get snacks. Keep her & give her a raise! The people need her!"
"Asked for a bagel sizzli to be made and cashier says I they don't make them. Went to kitchen and they didn't understand either. Finally a manager handled it. Also ordered a egg omlet sandwich and there was so much pepper in it I couldn't eat it. Poor experience"
"For some reason this is the only wawa I've ever been to where they just ignore your special order request and don't even ask about it because they are too busy listening to music with their ear buds on. Then when you ask them to honor the request they get an attitude and tell you that they can't do it to do it yourself. The only thing I wanted was for them to put the bacon on the bagel to make a sandwich. They werent even busy, there was my order and one other order. They need to train their employees better or this is going to be like everything else that comes to arcadia and is terrible because the people that work there don't care. I'll be back to try it again and then maybe i can give it a better rating. Went back a second time, different employees, no headphones they actually asked about the order and then had no problem making it a sandwich."
"Rating them on just the bathroom, 2 stars. One stall and one urinal for the men. I do not understand Wawa’s national obsession with small dirty gas station bathrooms. They are going to lose the Buccess nationally because their C suite refuses to adapt and modernize."
