"From the moment you walk into Life storage you are greeted with warm hellos. I’m so happy we picked this storage unit. My unit was clean and ready for me to move in right away. Huge thanks to Christina, Charles, and Jennifer. You guys are a perfect team and so amazing."
"I reserved and paid for a unit a day in advance. Upon arriving with a full U-Haul, the access code I was given would not open the gate. I called their "emergency" number, was on the phone for awhile, and given a few backup codes, none of which worked. She finally said I would have to wait 2 days as the office would be closed due to the holiday. I advised that was not acceptable due to a full U-Haul that was due back in a few hours, and was able to follow another driver in."
