"I called this office on Friday and was told I'd hear back on Monday, Mr. Watson called me Saturday morning (normally a good thing) however when he called I was asleep and ill prepared for the conversation. This man acted like I had robbed a bank and talked down to me like I was a child! I absolutely would not recommend this practice."
