"I wouldn't recommend them I was in a car accident left me with 2 herniated 2 rupture 2 bulging disc in my lower back. 2 herniated 2 rupture and 2 bulging discs in my neck. I have arthritis in all the joints in my body. Also need to have double hip replacement. Both my hips are bone to bone. with bone spurs that limit my movement. In order for me To walk up stairs and inclines I have to step with my left foot and drag my right one. These are all documented with MRI's and x-rays. at this point in time I can barely walk some days I can't. Forced to get up and try to work and can't do my job I'm about to lose everything. don't know how anybody can mess this up would that much evidence. Losing everything no need to go on. I wrote this at 4:00 in the morning can't sleep due to pain..."

"The lawyer was able to organize papers and reference them in a way that was required by the judge. They did get some records that I did not previously have. I was able to get a Neurologist to write about the medical basis of the disability, symptoms and reasons for the symptoms which was heavily weighted upon. I did not receive any tips for medical professionals to do this. Tips could be outlined in writing. The lawyer for Avard only spoke to us one time 2 months before the court hearing. Calls afterwards were not returned by the lawyer, but a secretary days later. The lawyer did get information about the disease/ disease process, and symptoms. He did not prepare the client for any questions. On a positive note, the case was won. We may not have won without legal representation. However, we will not use Avard Law again."
