"I do not recommend Express Title Services of Citrus, Inc. I had to do business with them because of a seller’s choice in closing. There were a few missteps taken on their side, but I will focus on the primary problem I had with them. Cindy Bescher, our title closing agent, has poor if not nonexistent communication skills. I never received a call, email, text, etc. regarding how I was to pay closing costs or when, UNTIL 8/30 @ 2:45 pm to have funds wired in THAT DAY…and for a 8/31 closing date. This is so rude and unprofessional!!! It is the job of the title company (who is getting paid) to prepare clients in a timely manner of when and how monies should be paid. Not an email at 2:45 pm for wire in funds THAT DAY for a next day closing! Wire in same day funds end at 4:00 pm!!!! She never called to give me a heads up, never checked with me to confirm I saw the email! What if I was busy with a meeting or appointment and couldn’t review my emails??? She gave me an hour and a half to receive the email, look at it, and wire the money. This is just unacceptable! I think she had a problem with my mortgage company and the numbers being changed, but that is not the fault of the client and should not be taken out on them. Closings, as we know, are very fluid, and a title agent, more than anyone, should know that. They should also know to send wire in instructions BEFORE 2:45 pm SAME DAY!!! I just can’t even get past how inconsiderate that is. During the closing I didn’t even want to talk to her. I just knew I didn’t want to go into anything with her about the unprofessional work ethics and write a review instead. I guess it was a good thing, because she didn’t seem to want to talk either. She has a very unapproachable demeanor. Reading through prior reviews, I see Cindy Bescher has been problematic for other clients as well. I would probably pass on buying property before dealing with Cindy Bescher at Express Title Services of Citrus, Inc. again!"
