"I couldn't be more unhappy with this place. I wanted a Pioneer, he insisted that Pioneers customer service was horrible and convinced my to go with Sony...The installation took a very long time. The Sony is a glitchy POS and I'm now learning that HIS customer service is horrible. He doesn't follow up, or follow through...You have to chase him...I will lose my shirt, but I will take my ride where I can get what I want and throw this glitchy Sony in the trash! I certainly won't be back to Dealer's Choice."
