"The employees are the lowest grade I have ever seen, they lock the door and sit around, I live close and its like that EVERY day.... I will go and take pics every morning just to point it out and send them to the corporate office, so they knew they just leave product drying under lamps while they lock the door and hang out. Right off of the interstate, do you know how many people I see try to go in and buy something and its locked? Race Trac must love losing money. Employees must be impossible to find apparently or the management level simply does not care."
"This racetrac is consistent with other locations. The bathroom was very clean along with the store. Many food offerings, pizza, hot and cold sandwiches , snacks, etc.,which makes it nice since I only needed to make one stop! Gas here was cheaper than other exits off the highway. Service is friendly and prompt."
"Don’t bother stopping here in the morning. They don’t have enough employees to open the store, they won’t even come to the window if you need a gas receipt. It’s not very clean either, dirty floors and dirty windows, trash on the side walls. This one I guess doesn’t do breakfast on the weekend either, which is fine I guess cause the last sandwich I had was cold and soggy."
"Pay at pump doesn't work, store is dirty. I informed the cashier about the pay at pump issue, and he said he knew but did not indicate that anything was going to be done about fixing it."
