"645a, Sunday morning. I'm a rewards member. Needed some coffee. No one in the place. Cashier standing behind the counter. I thought cool, easy in and out. Prepared my coffee cup. Lots of creamer, lots of sugar. I hate the taste of coffee...all i need is the caffeine. Found only one hot pot working. Started to do my cup. Halfway through the fill, coffee ran out. Upon further examination, the coffee was mud. Couldn't wait for an excuse and fresh coffee so i left. Is it too much to ask for a fresh cup in the morning? I've grown up with 7 11 and coffee is one of the things that made you. Get with it. Where's your pride?"

"I hate getting off at convenient stores , but this particular store i don't mind at all; I am referring to the morning shift. its a clean store and they are always welcoming, they say good morning, how are you etc.. We all need a smile early in the mornings! Lots of good vibes there! ;)"

"I'm giving 4 stars because this is my go to store I usually have an excellent experience with thomas the manager and his employees but on my last visit I had to experience the new assistant manager greg...he seem agitated and huffy towards me and the coffee bar was dirty and empty...0 coffee and I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes..I hope he has a better day next time. I wanted to thank Thomas and his employees for the best service I've ever had"
