"This location has let me down more than a few times. I always feel unwelcome here. I've walked out of here just to drive to another shop 100% because of the staff. Once I asked for a price and the guy was huffing and puffing for the extra work he had to do. Another time I had shown interest in a Volcano, and the girl I was talking to had nothing else on her mind but to make the sale. They aren't even commissioned, so I don't understand why she felt like she HAD to make that sale. I have had 1 good experience there with a new guy. He took his time showing me the products I was looking for and even helped me pick out some. I hope he stays and the others move on. I give 5 stars for Climax, but 1 star for the staff."
