"I wouldn’t even give a star if it were an option. Don’t go with this firm! Never on time with appointment, doesn’t call back. The office staff is rude and dismissive. They were super quick to be the highest price with the most promises. Not only did he take my money with no resolution, or wrap up on the case, this lawyer completely ghosted us. Extremely unprofessional! Now I am out thousands of dollars and trying to find a way to deal with our construction issues. Shame on this office. I hope you all sleep well at night stripping people off their finances. You put the stigma on lawyers. I will be notifying the board."

"Buyer beware! I’ve hired many attorneys over the years for various legal matters but never one as unethical and deceptive as Mr. Pazienza. Regrettably, I was introduced to Mr. Pazienza and his law firm PazLaw after my attorney became ill and was unable to continue to practice law. Mr. Pazienza assumed many of my previous attorney ‘s cases. From the first day we met, I asked Mr. Pazienza what his fee would be for managing my case and his response was always the same “will be reasonable”. Months went by and after repeated request, still no estimate of legal fees from Mr. Pazienza. Unfortunately, my case was delayed multiple times due to Mr. Pazienza’s insatiable appetite to take on more work than he could manage. This caused delays with my case and Mr. Pazienza being unreachable by phone. After numerous failed attempts of trying to reach him by phone, I called his secretary and scheduled a call a week in advance and he still was unable to make the scheduled call. When my case was finally resolved, Mr. Pazienza invoiced over $37,000 for his mediocre, deceptive, and unethical legal service. My previous attorney had provided an estimate of $15,000 to manage the case. Mr. Pazienza never provided any projection or indication of his fees until the case was completed. Mr. Pazienza concealed his legal fees after multiple attempts requesting clarity. Mr. Pazienza knew exactly what he was doing, he intentionally acted in a deceitful and unethical manner by concealing his hefty legal fees. I would definitely not recommend Mr. Pazienza or his law firm. This review will follow a formal complaint of Mr. Pazienza and his law firm to the Florida Bar Association. Andrés Rinaldo Castillo"
