"This shop is local for me and I go in there every month for the same exact thing. I purchased all my equipment for rolling here. I’ve never once been rude. I’m a 100% combat veteran with mental health conditions. The young Hispanic dude is cool, today I went in to the music blasting lil dicky. The caucasian male kinda tall with those lob earrings knows me and knows I get the same thing all the time. Today was a tough day mentally for me and I made a mistake by not checking the size of cones I purchased ( king size). I went back to store an hour or so later and the Caucasian male fan of lil dicky, was still there so I thought it would be kool I didn’t even open them. I asked him if I can just exchange the kings size for 1 1/4. I spent 20 total and I smtms tip them. He was very condescending knowing dang well what was the deal. And he refused to exchange it. When I explained I’m a disabled vet with mental health conditions i made a mistake he shrugged his shoulders and said I can buy more that’s it. I threw the cones and told them they lost a customer over 20$ and they can keep the 20. Thank God I’m not who I used to be. He basically made fun of my mental health conditions and bullied me out of 20$. I’m going to make sure the entire state, BBB knows how this store treats disabled veterans."
