Always great attitude, conversation, they remember you and simply deeply care how have you been doing and what's new. Always polite and so attentive. They made me switch from very high nicotine percentage I'm talking from 1.8 to .6 with a better product that was lesser cost( I was a cigarette smoker for 15 years).
