"I have visited many many smoke shops in Kissimmee and OT vapor it's far above other shops in every catagory. Most places have new employees every week and most are clueless about the products they're trying to sell . If anyone (like the last review by Mistie) knows of a better shop in the area please let me know . I see nothing but 4.9 stars for OT vapor everywhere I look and unfortunately there is only one "Jimmy" but the can't be there 24/7 . Fact is he was at the trade show learning about the latest new products and he will educate the employees when he gets back . Bottom line they had the best service and the best prices and the most knowledgeable staff far above any place else ."
"I go to this vape shop quite often, Jimmy is wonderful!! Last night I went in the store and the 2 guys working were completely useless!! And when I would ask a question, they acted like I was bothering them.. I have spent a lot of money in the store and until last night it was one of my most favorite vape stores.. The one guy that rang me up did not let me see what my point deals were, he said I just picked one.. Well those are my points, I should be able to choose which deal I want to use.. Nor did he give me a receipt.. I asked him if he added my points to my account and with sass he said everything is done, well I usually get a text with my new points and deals, but I did not get one, nor a receipt, so I don't even know if he really did my points from my account.. Honestly at this moment I'm not even sure if I will go back in this store.. Customer service is a big deal to me, and last night was definitely horrible customer service."
"Best service I've had at a vape shop. Jimmy was very helpful was very experienced and knowledgeable in vaping products and flavours and was friendly and fun to speak to about anything we wanted to know. Had great recommendations on the products. Visited with my brother and gf we all left very happy with our purchases. Prices and selection are great. You will definitely find something to suit you.
