"Constantly a line of more than 10 people They rely on the “card only” self check out, even with multiple employees in the building, there’s only 1 person at the register until people start groaning and complaining. Also, “we ID everyone” signs all over the store are great from the people in their 20s and 30s. But the homeless guys that are obviously in their late 50s and 60s, it’s ridiculous to turn them away for not having ID, you’re not serving underage, there’s no law saying you HAVE to ID someone, only laws punishing you for not id’ing if they turn out to be underage. Be more considerate of these people and their situations."
"It was closed without any communication out front… Tried getting gas and a few things from inside and the doors were locked which I found unusual, I could see an employee so I knocked & I assumed she didn’t hear it. I google searched you guys and turns out you’re open 24hrs so I tried the door a third time and she then signal with her hand that it was closed, so the first two attempts she did hear me and just decided to ignore me. At least put a sign or something indicating you’re closed. Note this happened at around 4:40am"
"You need to teach your counter people customer experience skills. Both the guy and the girl not happy at all, no welcome no thank you. Didn’t make me feel welcome at all. With all the competition out there you guy’s better step up your game. If you need an experienced trainer in customer experience and retention let me know."
"We stopped in at 10pm on a Friday night while passing through the area. The bathrooms were immaculate! Everything was very cleaned and stocked, and even smelled good. My hubby also washed the windshield and the squeegee buckets at the pumps were super clean and full. Shockingly good experience at a gas station."
"Nice clean and friendly staff... like any other Racetrac they offer alot the usual convenient store stuff. Icecream bar is kind of cool.. love the coffee variety. Food is ok, they do prepare most of it on site.. So for a gas station conviniant store, these are usually pretty good places for a break and stuff. Bathrooms were clean."
