"Very frustrated with this company right now. We have 6 stores who we lease our printers with Seminole. As of 3-4 weeks now, the specific ink our printers use have been on backorder. 2 out of our 6 stores have now officially ran out of ink. Printing documents is crucial to our daily operations for our stores. We call about once a week to get update and it's the same story everytime. "We are waiting on several vendors to see who will ship out first". Ive asked if they have other printers that do not use our ink so they can swap out our printers in the meantime. I was told no. I found the ink on ebay yesterday for $56 and ordered it and is expected to be delivered monday. This is ridiculous and frustrating! I shouldnt have to go and find a solution when in fact we are paying them for a service. I understand the ink being on backorder is out of their control but they should be giving us alternative options so we can run a business effectively until they can restock. I can bet one thing for sure, is that we wont see a break in our bill. What good is a printer if we cant print?"
