They had a good selection to check out, and were great at communicating when the bed would be arriving. It actually arrived early, and was set up within minutes. We will definitely use Slone Brothers next time we are looking for new furniture!"

"Last August we purchased 4 pieces of the Stressless Ekorne furniture that we had been saving for. We received two of the pieces late Jan of this year and the last two pieces in late March. Two Max recliners and two Mary recliner couch pieces. Within weeks the backs and seats were giving away and leather was looking years old. I called and after several back and forth conversations with Jaime the customer Svc Mgr she had Michael Slone call me. It was a very unpleasant call when he said “you seem to have high expectations “……I nearly dropped the phone. Given that we spent nearly $13, 0000 I said you’re damn right I have high expectations. He did come to the house that day without notice to see the furniture. It felt very accusatory and he said that this is how the Stressless furniture is. We had it before it was not poorly made. He agreed to replace two seats and basically said they would not do anything else. The seats were replaced in May this year. I wrote a long letter to Slone Furniture as well as the corporate offices in Norway. Literally crickets from Slone and a complete brush off from Ekorne. This furniture is awful. The blue leather and dark teak we picked is beautiful. That’s it. The furniture is NOT holding up. There is zero lumbar support. You can feel the wood framing in the arms and seats. I have never ever spent this kind of money on furniture. We loved the look and the quality years ago. If you like the look of this furniture just for show, it’s for you. If you want to use the furniture on a daily basis, it’s not for you. There is no doubt they have seemingly cut corners on the manufacturing of Ekornes products. I should have gone back to Laz-Boy and Haverty’s where we’ve always received incredible products and service. Slone and Ekorne have washed their hands of us. There is a supposed warranty against manufacturing but both companies put blame on the other…….so the “year warranty” really doesn’t exist. I would not recommend buying anything from Slone Brothers based on our personal experience."

"Two stars is the best I can do for Sloan Brothers. I purchased a piece of Yutzy Furniture from them and my sales person Savannah Goodman was great as were the drivers who delivered my new king bed. The problem came when I was arranging for the delivery! I told the scheduler it was going to a storage facility and to call 30 minutes before arrival, that message never got forwarded to the delivery guys. Then the furniture gets unloaded and it was not protected. The delivery guys called Louis Sloan and his response was to take back the furniture and deliver it again, and inconvenience me, despite the fact there was a truck full of furniture pads. Louis Sloan refused to allow the delivery personnel to provide me with a furniture pad to protect my furniture despite the fact I spent over $3,000 on the bed! Sloan's unwillingness to provide me with a furniture pad eliminated the chance for a 5 star review, instead opting for option #2! Now, you have a 2 star review forever on the worldwide web and you lost a customer...how's that working for you Louis!"

"We purchased heirloom quality Amish bedroom furniture from a store in Illinois over 15 years ago. Our queen sized bed was included in that purchase. Well, about 10 years ago, my husband and I moved to central Florida. Then, last year, we decided to upgrade our bed from the queen to a king size. We put it off so long because we were worried we wouldn't be able to get a new bed that matches the rest of the furniture we already had, until I came across Louis Sloan of Sloan Brothers Furniture. They have access to the very same Amish furniture maker that made the bedroom set we purchased in Illinois! I was able to order, over the phone, a new Amish king-sized sleigh bed in the same material and stain as my current furniture. Ordered it on March 31st and took delivery on July 1st. Yeah, you read that right; we got custom furniture in 3 months!!! The cherry on top? The delivery guys were awesome. They were so nice, set up the new bed quickly and competently, and just ended the whole transaction on a very nice note. And the new bed matched my current furniture to a "T"! No one would ever guess I got the bed over 15 years after the rest of the furniture. I 100% recommend Slone Brothers Furniture. 10/10 will use them again."
