"I called, it was answered with insightful instructions on how to access the entrance. She remembered me when I came in,which made me feel more then just a dollar sign, then she was knowledgeable about all the glass products I had an interest in .The pipe pictured had the tightest hole without compositing on the smoke production. Zero ash!!! The herbal was amazing out of the new glass piece I bought. I highly recommend this new location in Homosassa!"
