"My experience at Office Depot in Davie was incredibly frustrating. I specifically went to this location because I needed to use their self-service copy and fax machines. However, I was met with unhelpful and disinterested customer service representatives. Despite the store being relatively empty, the employees seemed to have no desire to assist customers. It was as if they didn't want to work and were purposely avoiding helping anyone. I found this lack of customer service to be terrible and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the assistance I need. However, at Office Depot in Davie, I felt completely ignored and disregarded. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I can confidently say that I will never be returning to this location. It is disappointing to see such a lack of effort and dedication from the employees, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope that the management at this location takes note of this and makes the necessary changes to improve their customer service. Otherwise, they risk losing more customers like myself who value good service and expect to be treated with basic courtesy. It is a shame that my visit to Office Depot was such a negative one, and I will be sure to spread the word about my experience to others."

"Completely rude and useless staff. Went on a Saturday 12/30 to drop something off that needed binding. I was told by the woman working the desk to come pick it up the following day. Came back Sunday and walked over to the desk. The staff member at checkout and two younger staff members made eye contact with me and watched me go to that counter. They laughed and looked away. I called out to all of them asking for some assistance since nobody seemed to care. They told me no one was working the desk that day. I told them I was there the previous day and was told to return. They repeated that the counter was closed and I repeated what I said. The girl then asked my name with an attitude and after I told her, she retrieved my project and asked if that was it. Definitely not returning. Do better."

"I've always been a loyal customer of Office Depot, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that every branch operates differently, but I believe that customer service should be consistent across all locations. The manager's attitude was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. Instead of trying to find a solution, he was more interested in justifying their inability to provide the service I needed. I was in a rush that day and needed to print out a document for an important meeting. I thought I could rely on Office Depot, as I always have, but I was wrong. I ended up having to scramble to find another printing service, which added unnecessary stress to my day. I'm not saying I'll never go back to Office Depot, but I'll definitely think twice before choosing this particular branch again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service. It's not just about getting the job done; it's about making the customer feel valued and respected. In the future, I'll stick to the Office Depot closer to my house. They've always been reliable and accommodating, and they understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. It's a shame that this branch doesn't seem to share the same values."

"On May 10th, I arrived here at 8:29pm and was told by the staff that the printing closes at 8:30pm. They refused to let me print. I asked for a manager he said they close at 8:30, but the store closes at 9pm. I asked him where did it state that cause it wasn’t anywhere on the website. I took photos and it wasn’t anywhere else posted either. Other people were asking the same thing. He referred us to fed ex which is 24hr. I tried calling corporate but they close at 8pm"
