Do not give them business or waste your time. Customer service means helping customers- not throwing your hands up and offering no ideas. Piss poor."

"I suggest going to literally any other UPS store in all of Miami. I was just treated with such hostility, it blows my mind. There is a young boy who works at the store by the name of Iggy that literally refused to help me because I dared to come into the store at 6:58PM when they close at 7 PM. I know coming in at that time is not ideal, but I did my very best, and I still made it before closing. He admitted he closed the registers early before closing, and he didn’t want to help me. For context, I had to purchase a box to send the Amazon item that I brought in. He literally suggested that I crawl into the DUMPSTER outside to go fetch a box because he didn’t feel like opening the register. Meanwhile, he kept answering personal calls from a person who was apparently outside, waiting to give him something. Then he became aggressive and physically tried to intimidate me by coming a few inches from my face and grabbing the two packages that I had brought in. I told him that I am a mother and I’ve been his age before and I understand that he wants to go with his friend and I asked him to help me. He refused, and he was very vindictive about it. I am honestly so shocked by this whole experience. There is no way someone like this should be interacting with customers. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and the headache and go to the UPS store down the road in Pinecrest."

"Never going to this location again….went yesterday at 3:20 and they where there because it’s suppose to close at 3:30pm and the people there didn’t let me leave a package that it was just scan it and that’s it…literally 2 seconds. The manager or whoever is in charge of that should be aware…this is the second time that happens the same, my friends told me the same about this office location, they told me they have worst customer service ever."

"Historically have had good service at this UPS store with interest to help. Recently I have been serviced by a new person (new to me not sure how long she has worked there). Very little interest in helping solve situation. First comment was blaming me then noticed package was at store. Then with situation still not solved again no interest to help and standing behind small print to blame me instead of trying to really understand issue."
