"This UPS Store is hands down greedy. We ship products to UPS stores around the country to pick up the boxes when we get to town. We called ahead and they said they were available to ship to. When we arrived 1 hr after packages were delivered (8) boxes we were then told we had to pay $350 on top of the cost of using UPS to ship the packages or they would send our packages back. I even heard the employee talking to the manager on the phone and he said the price and if they don’t like it we will send everything back. We understand there is a fee for them to do this but we’ve never paid more than $5-10 a package in the years doing this. Really wish UPS would put their franchises in check and have a standard rate for this service as i do not like feeling extorted and I will never use this location again."
"Went to UPS this morning Jaime was there at the helm . She is courteous ,knowledgeable, and as always smiling and going out of her way to provide assistance. Go to UPS all the time to print, mail packages, e mail. So glad to have UPS in the neighborhood."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes are busier than others like any other business. If there is a small wait it’s because they are addressing all the concerns of what ever customer’s in front of them at the moment. I go here often for my Amazon returns and it’s usually in and out. Thanks guys!"
