"I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE OR DEAL WITH UPS IN GENERAL REGARDING ANYTHING. This company is very unorganized, provides inaccurate information, and won’t do much to rectify a situation. They confirmed my package was there then state that they can’t find it after I drove all the way there in a storm. Called customer service and they weren’t much help either for the most part. Even filling a claim is a hassle. Like Honestly I’d recommend trusting USPS, FedEx, and DHL because UPS (Miramar location specifically) will loss the package you’ve untrusted them to at least track and know where it is exactly. I obviously untrusted the wrong delivery company to handle sending important documents such as my birth certificate. They have put me through an emotional situation when other delivery companies prevent that with a structured system for package tracking and customer service. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible day that I just had."
