"This company and their agents do not know what they are doing. I will never again use them and don’t recommend for anyone to use them for your insurance needs. I was quoted a different price when I purchased insurance but was charged close to $50 difference upon my first payment. Just horrible service."

"0 stars. Horrible Agents. Do not get a Policy with these people. After my policy was supposed to expire and I advised to NOT charge my card to renew the Policy, they did not remove my card from file and proceeded to renew the Policy and charged my card. They did not help out whatsoever in resolving my problem or reimbursing my money. I had to call the insurance company directly and found out that Estrella did not request that I fill out a Cancellation form therefore the insurance company automatically renewed the Policy even though I had requested estrella over 7 times to remove my card. They did not remove my card so they can get paid their comission. I had to cancel DIRECTLY with the insurance company and now I am negative $400 in my account, do not have an insurance policy and Estrella is not helping me to get my money back. All because Estrella did not do their job correctly and did not attend my needs. Why have an agent if you must do everything yourself? DO NOT TRUST THESE AGENTS."
