I asked her for help to put the fax phone number because my vision is in very bad condition and she responded rudely saying if I didn't know how to write. I will never be going back there again and I will not recommend anyone to go there. They need to learn some manners"

"The employees here are rude. I came in to ship my box. Needed to email a prepaid label for a box with $1k value. They printed out an 8x11 paper and slapped it on with hardly any tape. But my other box they managed to use an actual thermal label. I made them switch the other to thermal bc that is unacceptable. Their kindness at the counter is far from present and they don’t treat their customers with respect. My local ups store in CO is top notch. They always say hello when you come in. They are fast and efficient. I even bring them food and treats bc of how amazing they are. Your store needs an anonymous audit because you are under performing in customer service."
