"I used to adore this location, every single person working here impressed me. Now everyone has left, and the supervisor who remembered me never calls me back. There is mail I'm missing and important documents I never received. This month when calling the line always goes to a voice-mail that is full and does not accept new messages. Where are my important business/financial documents and why are you not replying to my emails? You said last year that you were working with the owner to resolve the issues. Months later..... total silence. Disappointing. I thought I could trust you guys."

"How am I before 8 people. I finish my packages. But the young tall black guy, I don't know his name, is telling me I have to wait for the 8 people if I want a receipt for my items. Of course I want a receipt! If I don't have a receipt I never shipped out my items and they can be "lost." And why wouldn't I get a receipt! Super weird! Never has happened. Never have seen this guy here either."
