"Terrible service. I went to this business on 10/10/22 at 12:38 pm to send a package to Laramie, WY. I paid $33.56 for a box of two pounds to be delivered between 2 to 3 business days. I have never written a bad review, but I believe it is worth the time to place this review. I called the business on 10/15/22 to complain that the package had not been delivered yet; the gentleman told me that 2 to 3 days was the time frame, but there was no guarantee, and the box was out for delivery that day. I asked to speak with the manager, but he told me he was not there and would give me the same answer. Guess what? The box was delivered today, 10/17/22, in the afternoon. I should have gone to the post office to avoid this mess."
