"I generally don’t write reviews on fast food. I feel like it’s a given on what I’m getting. This store is different, the employee went above and beyond to give the best service possible. Unfortunately a customer came in and took the wrong order (that one being mine). Q (the employee) went outside to see if they were still there, not upset but more understanding that mistakes happen. His patience and demeanor at work is something that I personally look up to. He apologized immensely, chatted with me, and had the food out in no time. He made my day. As someone who works in the industry I look up to him. Job well done Q. The food as always was exactly what I needed. Keep it up!"

"I wish I could leave zero stars. What the heck happened to ANY Customer Service? I placed my order for pick up, the manager on duty was from another location (this absolved him of any and everything), he was doing some sort of paperwork/training at the register. He was not nice at all! I opened the extra tater tots I was going to try for the first time and they were burnt to a black crisp. He looked at them, for the third time letting me know this was not his store, not his problem. An employee explained it was their ovens. Said they have been begging for a replacement for a long time. In the meantime, they can't help burning this dish. WHAT? Wait a minute, you knew id be picking up tater tots that tasted like charcoal but said nothing? I asked for salt, they needed some, well, well, can you imagine, no salt. I wanted to try one from the center, yuck charcoal covered in cheese. Me. Charm School Drop Out, saw the mess, and asked me what is like him to do about it? Honestly, a manager? My order total was twenty-six dollars, I will NEVER give Domino's another nickel. They should be ashamed!! Big Regret, Patricia Kelly"
