"I had a fair number of things that I needed to store. The thing that has resulted in a three-star rating is the fact that there is no body on site. I made an appointment on the phone to meet somebody in order to look at the units. That person was several minutes late. She was light enough that I made a call to the 800 number and they know even less than Sergeant Schultz. The woman when she arrived was very pleasant and very helpful. She is also responsible for managing another unit which seems like a reasonable explanation for her being several minutes late. The unit is very nice and at this point I have no evidence of the climate control not being functional. I suspect, given time, that I will get over my initial irritation and be happy to give this place a five-star rating."

"Stephanie most certainly is 110% the most professional manager in the entire self storage industry. EVER. After having an issue with the original size of my unit upon moving in she was more then helpful & accommodating me to get into a bigger unit—with no extra fee. I only have to pay the difference of the upgraded size of the new unit. Which is completely reasonable. Stephanie is kind, thoughtful and has a fantastic personality. She is an invaluable asset to the company and I could not recommend her enough. Guard her with your life! Thank you so much!"
