"They are very helpful with manners they see you coming to the shop store comes and open the for take your package. Other places have the same logo they give you their boxes. When package is already packed they also charge a huge fee for shipping even you the label on. Naw, I’ll keep the store Rio Pinar Plaza- 32825. Near the Nail Spa it’s my favorite place to go"

"Came in to do a notary form and drop off some returns. Byron helped us and was very nice. However, there was another employee in the store who was openly creating a hostile environment - if I had to work with them I would be reporting them to HR for certain. This other employee was an older man and he seemed extremely overwhelmed by the busy store. He walked by Byron at one point and just huffed and muttered Byron's name for no apparent reason. He also asked Byron to look up a phone number for another customer and when Byron (who was already helping someone) said to give him just a minute the man got even more flustered. Byron asked a few minutes later if he still needed the phone number and the man said he did, rather rudely. This seemed like an issue the older man could have handled easily himself. I had to email something to be printed as well and when Byron asked the other man about the printed item the other man was very rude to Byron and said it would have to wait - in reality I was the one having to wait, not Byron. Really I just felt bad for Byron. It seemed like he was getting the brunt of this man's hostility and frustration. I would say the other gentlemen really needs to work on their public displays of frustration in the workplace and taking it out on others. There was another younger women working that day as well and she did not seem to receive the same treatment. I would really hate to think that the older gentlemen would treat Byron badly on the basis of race, sex, or gender identity, but this seemed to be the only outward difference between the employees. Again, if it was me being treated this way at work, it would be going straight to HR as a hostile workplace issue. Hang in the Byron, rooting for you and thanks for helping us out."

"If i could give none I would. Super rude and not helpful for not saying disrespectful. 6:57 and I see the lady walking to close the door and called her and she ignored me closing the door at my face. When I just needed to drop off a box already with label and ready to go, no need to even get a receipt.. but they both rush to look down and ignore my presence. Sad to say that thanks for the lack of manners customer service is so poor in this location, I can imagine having to deal with a mayor package problem smh."

"I was visiting from out of town and needed to ship a few things. Going to a different location from what I’m use to for my shipping needs is always tough, but Grace made me feel like I was back home at my preferred store! She was knowledgeable, delightful, and had such a great attitude! Grace really made my experience great! I will definitely be a return customer when I’m in the area."
