"Conveniently located, this facility has unfortunately let me down multiple times this year with regard to package handling. On three separate occasions, I've dropped off packages here, only to find that there's no tracking or status updates. Most recently, on October 12th, I left a package in the morning and received a receipt as proof. However, UPS has no record of this package. This has been a recurring issue; even with a receipt in hand, the tracking system behaves as if the packages are still with me. Initially, I thought the lack of updates might be due to infrequent carrier pickups at this location. However, even after waiting for what should have been the next scheduled pickup, there's still no progress. At this point, all I can do is hope for the best regarding my packages. Going forward, I'll opt for the reliability of a postal office or a direct UPS store over this facility."

"This shipping center is very convenient. My first time coming here (Monday 6/6/2023). Amy helped me and not only was she friendly but she was also very patient with me as I needed more assistance with my package. I brought my 5 year old with me and since it was going to be a few minutes, Amy took my 5 year old to an area where she could play (and I could still see her!) and my kid stayed entertained! Great customer service! She knows what she’s doing, she’s good at it and she’s very friendly and patient. I recommend to come here!"
