"We live at Palencia and sadly this is the only UPS location near us. I cannot tell you how many times I have walked in there and received terrible service every single time. It never fails. They always have an attitude whether you are just dropping off USPS box or purchasing one of their services. We also have a UPS store close to work and it’s like a different world. Great service. I do not understand why you have to be complete as*holes every single time. If you don’t like your job, then quit."
"The owner makes his own rules. They are never friendly, seemed bothered you even come in there and when I tried to give them a second chance today it says opens at 9 show up at 9:10 and they still aren’t open. Poor way to run a business."
