"This is one of the busiest UPS stores I have ever gone to. That being said it is a pleasure every time I go, I am always greeted with a smile. They are very efficient at getting through the line and always provide an excellent service. Although UPS is more expensive than the post office it's almost always worth it."
"I usually go to this location for any shipping mailing. Arrogant & Bad attitude by the staff. Charging $ for the shipping label which is free. Shipping label was emailed by the company and it specifically mentioned that I could get it printed for free at the ups store if I just show the label & QR code. I’ll avoid this location, it’s not worth giving them the business."
"Avoid this store if you can. We have patronized many UPS Stores over the past several years. This is the first that required a customer testimonial of negative context. The staff in this store are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional; particularly one employee above others. The store's is also more expensive than the local competition for no communicated reason. When we inquired why they charge $3+ to print a single piece of paper, they rudely responded unapologetically - "this is the way it is, and you can go elsewhere if you don't like it.""
