"The worst UPS store and the worst experience I ever had I'm UPS. The people working there are not very professional, they don't have much knowledge on what they are doing. The older guy with the glasses is rude and not helpful, he said you need to go to another store, not even trying to help with my package. I explained that this is not a hazardous package, it's just the box. He said no you need to go to another store. I asked what store number is, he replied you go outside. Very rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all. I don't recommend this place unless you wanna waste your time and money and not get any customer service and support."
"This particular branch is great. I've used them for shipping, shredding and, most recently, as an urgent printing --when our business printer decided to stop working. Contrary to other outlets such as "OD" the staff was incredibly helpful and nice."
