"I can’t begin to thank the staff of this UPS location for their help! I used a 3rd party service to deliver some items to be returned as I was visiting and had no car. I realized that miscommunication resulted in most of the items not being scanned. I immediately called the store and the young man that answered was amazing and went above and beyond to provide a solution to get my items processed for return! Thank you so, so much!!!
