"If I was able to rate zero stars I would what a joke I cannot purchase anything from what the sales rep stated just because I am not flying international. What does me flying international have to do with a sales purchase for cologne this is so so poor service I hate that they would do that to me or anyone I do not recommend this place for any reason and I encourage people not to shop here at all over priced and very poor customer service I was also waiting on the sales rep because she was too busy talking to friends and hanging out infront of the store knowing she was the only one in the store and left everything unattended anyone could have walked in and stolen whatever they wanted and she would have not known. Poor service…. I rate it zero stars…."
"I picked up 7 perfumes to purchase and needed a price check for one which was the Idol because obviously there was no price label visible. I Get to the counter to checkout and asked this rude Haitian lady by the name of Jacqueline for a price check on the one perfume and she rudely tells me to go back and look at the tag on the shelf when she could have just scanned it … so I told her there was no Tagg (obviously if I have 7 perfumes it’s evident that I paid attention to the prices) and asked her can she just scan it … she repeats for me to go and look at the shelf … I’m telling her that she can see from where we were standing that there’s no Tagg and she throws her hands up In frustration and Yelled at me saying “GIVE ME A BREAK” while walking away… not sure if she was walking to go look at the price or if she walked away to be nasty but either way I ended up leaving with nothing because of her nasty attitude… I even called corporate and I never go to this extent but she is definitely causing the company money"
