"HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND. They have a horrible delivery service. We ordered liquor for delivery a day prior to arriving. The order was accepted & account debited. We never got our order. When we called the number on the website which was the number on our electronic receipt, the employee answered, "hello". No greeting that indicated the store. His English was VERY limited which made it extremely difficult to communicate. Therefore, went paid a Lyft to take us to their location. When we arrive to pick up our order, we were informed that there was no record of the order. we show our electronic receipt & explain that he needed to rectify the situation. He kept telling US to call the company (Drizly or City Hive). How he rectified the situation had NOTHING to do with us. I believe he thought he would just be able to say that he didn't have the order & that we would accept it. This was a $200 dollar order. It took us almost 2 hours to rectify in person. WHEW."

"The guy at the desk is rude and doesn’t speak English. They overcharge you on everything anyway so my advice : Go to the Walgreens Liquor store right across the street and save your money!"

"Terrible place! We spoke over the phone and they agreed to send me the item I requested. They sent me the wrong item. When I called them back, they screamed at me and hung up the phone. This is not how you treat customers. Pure trash!"
