"Don’t buy wine here! The first 16 USD bottle broke pretty much by itself, and the second 22 USD bottle was absolutely disgusting, tasted like vinegar with a hint of grape juice."

"They have a sign up that says they won’t sell wine after 8pm. There is no law about this that I can find. The employee agreed to sell it but charged us $5 above the posted price. When asked why the price was different he just said this is price after 8. I wouldn’t trust this place. They clearly prey on tourists."

"Woman ringing up at the register purposely charged us twice for most expensive item and didn’t offer receipt until we insisted on getting one. Lots of attitude from her when we pointed out her “mistake”."

"The shop owner seems like a very rude guy. Went to pick up a case of Evian and he told me that he won't sell the case and that Evian was too expensive so I could help myself with the "other" brands of water bottles stacked at the entrance. I also feel he's very mean with his employee/ employees as the guy on the floor looked miserable but perhaps is desperate and needs the job. It's sad that we have to endure such an unfriendly atmosphere in an otherwise such a lively and friendly neighbourhood."
