The guy was only there to sell as quick as possible and we ended up returning the product once opened as it was not the color we wanted."

"I purchased a TV from here and opened it and unwrapped it only to find out it was cracked in the corner and the display would not work whatsoever. They refused to accept my return of a damaged TV they sold me which was over $1,000. They said it was broken because I layed it flat on my car and said because of that they wont accept my return. I explained to them tvs don’t crack from being layed down gently and I WILL be back for my exchange. The guy once again told me they wouldn’t accept it. Jokes on him. When I called corporate they told us the store was mistreating us and they guaranteed us a refund and let us know that store is not allowed to refuse that return. When I came back to the store for the refund with my reference number they then refunded it. The next day when I returned i watched an employee and the manager that declined my return throw a TV on its side and slide it and I went to the back of the store and saw their TVs like this."
"Waited over 40 mins for a geek squad appointment while many employees walked by and didn’t say a word. Asked for manager (Kerri) but she never showed up. We were then rudely told they don’t do diagnostics on computers even though it is on the list of services to choose from."
