"Don't buy from here. I was shipped defective wine and the owner did not cooperate at all to make it right. Unfortunately, I tried to be nice and work with a store credit which resulted in me being out several hundred dollars."

"I ordered a set of Georgian wine as gift for someone special. To make sure the order is delivered on time I ordered the most expensive freight option with guaranteed delivery date. My order arrived 4 days late, after the event which made it unusable for me (I do not drink wine). When I complained about the late delivery the customer service showed no interest in cooperating. They refused to refund the guaranteed freight payment and when I told them that my review will be bad they wrote this (copy and paste quote): "We're not worry about our customers opinion about our company and custoner service we provide". I made a big mistake when I trusted their website and ordered the wine from this vendor. I wasted $138."

"I received my order of caviar. The packaging was a joke, everything was melted. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, it was shipped on a Thursday & wasn’t received until Monday. I live in TX so it’s not like it’s across the country. It was hot & ruined. I don’t understand why they would ship it out over the weekend or not reach out to me. When I called a man answered the phone “hello”? I wasn’t even sure if I was calling a business. After explaining the issue, he just said for me to submit an email. I am huge on great customer service & my experience with this company was unprofessional & disappointing as a new customer. They did not meet my needs & made it clear that they were a small family owned business. Told me that it was my fault I only paid for 2-3 day shipping. In others words “deal with it” what a disappointment. It’s about money instead of customer satisfaction. It’s unfortunate. I ordered this for myself for my birthday & ended up wasting $77. Be better people."

"The Nibbiolo d'Alba is an excellent medium red that goes well with appetizers and can hold its' own with main course pasta and meat dishes. Very drinkable, priced right and fast shipping. Will order again from The Simple Wine store"

Don't know much about wine, ask the store owner. He'll tell you everything there is to know about his wines.
