"Went to this location because it was open on a Saturday very kind and friendly and made me feel as if everything was great got a simple title transfer to remove my co signer from title and to my surprise a few weeks later I get pulled over and get a ticket for no tag registered to veh after having the same tag 5 years had it fixed at another tag agency because they didn't admit to fault Now I go to sell my car and find they put the wrong milage on the title and still they won't admit fault saying the tag was electronic and milage was put automatically great customer service with no professionalism is still bad service."

They never get back to you when they say they will call you back. They will leave you on hold for a long time ! They charge you hidden fees if things don’t work out that are out of your control!
