"Incompetence across the board. This was by far my worst experience shopping at a staples in my life. Printed the wrong file, manager was no help and extremely slow to respond. Didn’t know how to make the file work. Got 1 less booklet than I paid for. Enough of an experience for me to never want to shop at a staples again. The utter stupidity blows my mind. Was almost like the blind leading the blind. Not to mention my store pick up, took an hour…….."
