"Extremely poor customer service under recent change of ownership. Very rude to most of the customers on the occasions I have been there, plus over $3 to print a mailing label and they don’t tell you until after they print them for you! I will find another UPS for my business going forward."

"I'll never be back to this UPS location. I ship items at this UPS store about once a week. Since the ownership changed, service has tanked. Today, I had 5 returns. The man with the dark hair, glasses, and accent printed my 5 labels then lost one. So I had one item still unpackaged and all five labels printed. In the meantime, another worker, in an effort to help, had taken my four items to the back. I asked them to bring the four back and we can sort it out. The first guy started yelling at me that I cannot have my items back. Calm down. Why are you yelling? I told him that I don't want the items back. Don't you just want to get this correct? Jeez. Three seconds later he found the fifth label on the counter behind him, where he had placed it. Just wow. No apology. He handed me the receipt and told me to check my receipt. I'll drive to the next UPS store from now on. Very disappointing."

"Last owners were wonderful. New owners are rude and treat customers very poorly. There are three employees here with no one else here can't get any help waiting 20 min still waiting. They will not make it."

"I come here not first time already many many time!and last week i am still come here to print and never got any charge if you email them to print. Please be aware, this store started charging $3 for sending them an email to print. They just lost me as their longtime customer. If you want to use a paid email, please write it and paste it in front before someone prints it !!!!"
