"My go to UPS store as it is the closest to home. The folks here are always nice and I really appgood customer service befit is so hard to find these days. Last time I went and used the Amazon self-serve desk and I left my phone there. I quickly realized it before long, and when I went back, they had secured it for me. Thanks so much to those working that day."

"Been a Customer at UPS for many years. The Staff inside the Stores have always been wonderful, kind, and attentive. Customer Service over the phone is less than desirable. Sent very important documents over night. I even had a 2 day grace period just in case the documents did not get to their destination. Documents didn’t get to their destinations until 5 days later. Call Customer Service to file a complaint. I was informed they couldn’t do anything and had to file the complaint at the Store. Went to the Store to file my complaint. Staff was very nice. There policy is the store will issue a refund within 10 days a check my mail. The Refund isn’t for the whole amount just the overnight price. As a Customer I would expect a complete compensation due to my time sensitive documents being delivered 5 days after the fact. Documents had to be redone since the time expired. Also, the hassle of calling Customer Service and then driving to the store to resolve my complaint."

"Went to send a package back to a retailer. I walked in and no greeting. The man behind the counter just shouted, "Nope, can't help you, go to USPS. My label did UPS Innovation tracking. But this man did not want to hear it. He just kept repeating, can't help you. If that is a fact, which is fine, there are nicer and more courteous ways to explain why this UPS is unable to return this package. You are in a customer service position. So help your customers. Every time I go in there, no one is ever kind. Just points, yells and directs. Be nice. Be kind. Its not that hard."
