"Fastest, friendliest, most efficient UPS store. Employees were extremely helpful and instrumental in getting customers taken care of. This place is Staffed. I received help from Barry on my visit. Exceeded my expectations as I was out of my office today."
"Ever since this store added the "do it yourself kiosks", the customer service has disappeared. Instead of assisting customers, you walk in, and they point at the kiosks and tell you to do it yourself. I'm not comfortable using these types of machines, and want the clerk to assist me to insure the package is processed correctly. Self checkout works for some-I prefer to work with a live person. To have a clerk lean on the counter, and try to tell you what needs to be done, is nothing but laziness on their part. When they figure out you need help, and have to walk out from behind the counter, it's like you're a "stupid person attitude" they bring with them. In the future, I'll be taking my packages to Amazon via Whole Foods-this company doesn't want my business......."
"This was a normal ubs store until they got the self service return for Amazon. Now it takes 5-10x longer than it had to be. Completely dumb doesn’t help the store become more efficient. Who ever thought of this needs to rethink their strategy. No one should be waiting or processing returns or shipping anything longer then 5 minutes."
"I had to send back an entire computer system w/2 monitors after leaving a job and Jake actually came out to my car to help carry! He was amazing and got me in and out so quickly! He was stupendous!!! I am 60yo so I was nervous about what I was supposed to do until I saw Jake's friendly face! Palmetto, FL store. Thank you so much, JAKE!!!"
