""Absolutely disappointed with the service I received from Zy at UPS. Not only did Zy make my experience uncomfortable with a dismissive attitude and refusal to make eye contact, but he also drove unnecessary purchases, specifically insisting that I purchase duct tape to seal my Ironically, when "A non-Latino person arrived with another package, his attitude changed, the person arrived needing tape for that package he had to send, and guess what they didn't tell him anything but they even provided the tape for free. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on UPS's commitment to customer service. My experience was really frustrating and I hope that UPS addresses these issues promptly." I have no problem with purchasing a tape but it is not fair that they treat costumers in a discriminatory manner."
"Buyer neware, this business is a complete rip off. I recently visited this business to return three small packages to Amazon. I was quite surprised by the fees they wanted to charge: $4 per box for taping and $4 for each shipping label printed on regular computer paper. That's a total of $24 for a minimal amount of tape and paper. While I understand businesses have operational costs, this felt quite excessive. Before posting this review, I noticed numerous 1-star ratings pointing out similar experiences. It's concerning that the management doesn't address this, especially when positive reviews can greatly impact a business. During my visit, I professionally questioned the charge, and while the lady assisting me seemed embarrassed by it, another staff member defensively mentioned she was new. I was empathetic towards her, as it seemed she too found the charge to be unreasonable. In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere and hope future customers consider doing the same until the fee structure is reassessed."
