"They are always friendly. The entire staff has a sense of urgency which I appreciate because my time is limited. Shawn, Kallee and Karessa are professional and friendly every time I come in. I've used printing, shipping and notary services. Each time I've been taken care of in a friendly and professional manner."

"Shipped a package on Dec 28th with a promised delivery of Dec 30th. Employee said package would be picked up from the store within 30 minutes. Called the morning of Dec 30th to ask what is going on. Was promised a call back that never happened. Here it is Jan 1 and the status is still label created. The label creation time online does not match the time I was there and witnessed the label placed on the package. They also asked for every item that was in the box for "claim purposes". Seems like a great way to setup a theft of the package. It is obvious the package hasn't left the store. So, who walked off with it ?. This won't end with a simple claim if the package is lost. That I can guarantee. Too bad you can't pick zero stars."

"Only second time I've been in and oh my; could the man have been any more rude.I didnt kbow exactly what to do and he was basically yelling at me. Then to top it off he was throwing my package around ( fragile item) another customer told me he is AlWAYS rude!!"

"EVERY time I go into this store the thicker dirty brown hair lady behind the desk is always saying some slick stuff. Always has to have the last words. Always makes you feel wrong. I do not work your job, therefore I don’t know the ins and outs. But it’s also not your job to make people feel stupid. I went in there and her boss was even complaining to her and she was blatantly talking back very very nasty him. Multiple people in the store really portrayed they didn’t want to be helped by her. Ups she needs a talk to by regional management."

"I'm not sure why they get such bad reviews. I've been using them for a PO box for a few months. They get a LOT of Amazon returns which clogs the store up. They always get to me in a reasonable amount of time. Now they have an automated Amazon return. Making the lines smaller. Hard working employees = happy customers. Thank you!"
