"This location is my favorite store. The employees seem to always have a what can I do to help you work ethic. No long lines. All calls are answered right away no hold times. If I have an escalation the manager is always willing to get a resolve. The professionalism and superior quality service is what keeps me a valued and loyal customer at this store location. Highly recommend this store!"

"Not up to the usual exceptional standards. There was an overwhelming perfume coming from the open door which almost made me cough. Another UPS store was closer, but I drove here because of my past experience with the staff and service. The counter person had a problem with my request for a fax and a photocopy. I asked about the strong smell, thinking a package with perfume had been broken. No, it was a Glade product. Unforgivable. I won't be returning since I have asthma and this intentional contamination is dangerous to my health."

"I was feeling both stressed and defeated because I had a time sensitive document that seemed pretty mundane to get notarized, but I was having such tough luck finding a notary! The last place I had gone had declined to notarize my document but their explanation didn't make sense for the type of document it was. I called this store and explained what I wanted notarized and what the originator of the document explained and the notary knew right away what the notary request was. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient-- but more than that, she was understanding of the frustration I had just experienced. I wish I had written down her name so I could thank her directly!"

"Woman working on 10/20 at 11:30am was very rude. Very disrespectful. She refuses to give you shipping supplies for your packages and lies. She says they can only give them due to certain circumstances. If UPS didn’t take two weeks to ship the supplies then I wouldn’t ask her. I have never been to a UPS location with such horrible customer service."

"Valerie is really rude. I don’t understand why she has such a nasty disposition but she does. I came to complete my I-9 verification and she advised that I need two forms of identifications, regardless if I provided the passport. I advised that she was incorrect. And then she states in a very condescending manner that there is no need to debate. Right, because you’re wrong. The employee seem very fearful of her, and it appears that she is terrorizing them. The employee tried to show her that she was wrong. Since the passport was only needed, but she wasn’t interested in being corrected. I can’t believe you all hired someone with such a nasty Rude attitude."
