"I have been going to this UPS store for over 7 years. My experience has always been great until this past week. Customer service by employee Bianca was nothing but unprofessional. My experience from Bianca was passive aggressive behavior such as not giving requested info on prices for delivery, wrong address input and than asking for correct address which was already written on envelope and asking me if this is the address I would like? I responded, " Yes, that's why it's on the envelope," and finally, charging me incorrectly after spending 20 minutes of nonsense trying to mail one envelope. It had nothing to do with making mistakes on her part, but total attitude and comments made under her breath. I finally decided to leave and go to Odessa UPS location, which was a complete opposite experience! I was in and out in 2 minutes, and it was delightful."
