"I go here frequently and everyone is friendly and they do a good job. Sometimes they can be very busy but they go as fast as they can. They rent U-Haul here so if someone is getting a truck ahead of you, you need to be patient. I've never had any issues here and will continue to use them."

"Customer service doesn't seem like their thing. They're not too bad, but both times I've been here the person who helped me didn't seem to be having a great day. Also, they kind of push hard to get more personal information from you. It has been quite offputting and I don't think I need to come to this location again."

"This is absolutely the best place to send packages anywhere in the country and be sure they arrive where they are suppose to go! I have been sending pkgs to my daughters and grandchildren for over 20 years and had no problems. One time my package to NYC never arrived after a week! The managers and the man who took my order tracked it down, and found it HAD been delivered but the doorman sent it back???.Thankfully it is still in NYC and will be redelivered today or tomorrow. Thank you Pack and Send people. LOVE you! You will definitely see me again LOTS !"
