Not a good experience today, no towels, worst they have been no towels for a whole week, at least that was the statement of Julio who was even rude showing very poor customer experience skills making sure I know “how much he cares” about customers. "I was fine until the attendant was paying attention and had my car hit from behind by another vehicle. The manager was attentive but they referred me to go get my car repaired at C&G Customs on Bird Road. Bro.... Never again. Check out my review there. It was the worst and I will never go to that El Car Wash location for I have PTSD from the experience. I'm sticking to Bird Rd El Car Wash. Thanks!"

"I love to go to El car wash I love that they provide towels for you to dry your car they also have the vacuums and sometimes they have Windex bottles for your windows. The employees are very friendly and always come by and greet me. Still my number 1 Car Wash company in Miami. I went today to wash my car and I always feel like family everyone says hello to me. They already know me and acknowledge that I'm there. They come by and make sure that I have everything. They just joined ventures with Mojo Donuts and it's awesome if you want to have a delicious donut while you're washing the car or you're with the kids. They also have vending machines they have towels they have Windex for Windows vacuum where to wash your rubber rugs. I love that I can visit every day due to the rain my car gets dirty and I can wash the car."
